My work today is a fusion of my old work in media and twenty five years of working with computers and my work as a artist.‭  ‬I find that‭ ‬computers are one of the most creative tools you can use.‭ ‬As a digital artist i do work on the web,‭ ‬in several virtual worlds and as a indie game developer.‭

‬I have started over‭ ‬10‭ ‬company's and i guess i will be a entrepreneur in the future‭ ‬as well.‭ ‬I always find new interesting projects in art and technology.‭

‬I explore community's in virtual worlds and simulators.‭ ‬Creating graphics,‭ ‬scripting and software.‭ ‬Second life,‭ ‬Opensim and game‭ ‬technology give me a chance to work on the edge of both the social web and all the different soft and hardware needed to run the new worlds i like to create.‭ ‬I am lucky to live in a age with a technology that I understand and love.‭ ‬

My work as a artist have found new ways in the digital era and to my surprise older artworks and paintings have gone full cycle and show up at quality auctions making them a foundation for new work and a inspiration for me that people still like my work.

Very nice to visit in VR headset. Good frame rate and nice to do a walkabout. Aways nice to visit a new exhibition by Cica.

La Digue du Braek, Muppets Island

I think maybe this is one of the best industrial builds I have ever seen.

And the club almost made me cry that I cant got there in Real. Ohh I enjoyed it.

The 1920s Berlin Project - Weimar Republic role play sim

This is a nice sim or many i do not know. There are really nicely built. I came here by train so i do not know where i am and i do not want to open the map to spoil the illusion. Walking around using my Oculus really takes me back to the old Sweden when i was i child. No not the 1920´s. I am not that old. But where my grandmother lived looked something like this. Heaven for a child to explore.

Maybe that´s why i love explorig in SL?

Second life. Where did all the newbies go?

I have been to art exhibitions and party´s for some time now. One of the things I do is to read peoples profiles and I have noticed that almost everybody logged in are three years old or more.

No more newbies. So I expect the flow of new inhabitants in Second life have stopped. Today Second life is a mature product and the people in world are those who have found the extra life awarding in some way. When all you meet are avatars that are several years old maybe its time for Linden lab to concentrate there efforts on the inhabitants that really stay year after year and not just trying to get new people to join Second life. It´s obvious to me that virtual worlds is not for everyone and that very few people enjoy them. But I have also found a upside for virtual world.

I am a crazy online player and I try out all new online games. And the one I play the most is of course World of warcraft. So why are Wow and EVE online so successful and the others have to go free to play in a year or so? Both in Wow and Eve you can do other things than follow the story line. You can go fishing or exploring or just talk to friends. The others are just games. You might as well take away the online and just play them as single player.

Social is the buzz word. And Second life is more social than all of the others together. Maybe there is only a market for a million people or so world wide and maybe it´s time for Linden lab to really take care of the players and not focus on getting newbies.
